What is a JOF? What information must I provide on the JOF?
A JOF is a Job Order Form that is completed by the requestor/client. This JOF must be submitted prior to processing all work orders.

Where can I find Job Order Form? The Job Order Form is available on our official website or by clicking on www.dsnicolebiz.com then click on the Client Tools Tab, the form is available under Forms.

What is the turnaround time to finish for my order?
Once we receives your work order, the turnaround time will be determined based on the nature and size of your work order. We strive to accommodate all deadlines.

How do I place an order?
To start an order, send us an email or give us a phone call letting us know what you’d like to do. We will let you know what images and text files to prepare and we will work with you to get your project to the Proof stage.
How will I receive my completed work order?
All completed work orders are delivered via courier. If you prefer to pick-up your completed work order(s), please make arrangements with DSNicole Print Shop.
How do I submit my documents for my work order? Which method i.e., software programs are used to submit work orders?
Work orders can be submitted through our Job Order Form, e-mail, electronic files (USB Stick/Disk) or submitted in hardcopy in person. Once, you are ready to submit your work order (original document) please make sure that you submit your completed Job Order Form for processing.
DSNicole Print Shop accepts the following software programs: PNG, PSD, JPEG, and PDF files. Please note that the Print Shop is not responsible for making changes to your documents. Your final original document should be error free - the Print Shop is not responsible for typos in your documents. However, if your document needs formatting, please notify us thru email or indicate changes in your Job Order Form.
